Green Care
Nature-based wellbeing at The Flow Farm
Green Care at The Flow Farm is a developing offering rooted in animals, nature, seasonal rhythms, gentle outdoor activity, and meaningful connection.
The idea is simple: time outside, with living things, can help people slow down, reconnect, and take part in small purposeful moments. This might include being around the animals, simple farm or garden tasks, mindful walks, quiet observation, tea, conversation, and time in nature.
This offering is still being shaped carefully around safety, suitability, insurance, safeguarding, and the needs of the people who may attend.
What it may include
- gentle time outdoors
- animal observation and simple animal-care routines
- seasonal farm or garden tasks
- mindfulness in nature
- quiet conversation and reflection
- tea, rest, and unhurried time
- small supported sessions
Important note
Green Care at The Flow Farm is currently in development and is not yet open as a formal Social Farming service. Future sessions will be shaped around appropriate insurance, safeguarding, safety, and support requirements.
