Gentle yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and deep rest
Flow Yoga offers calm, welcoming community yoga classes with a mix of gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation.
Classes are suitable for real bodies and real lives. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or able to twist yourself into anything decorative. The aim is to move, breathe, soften, steady the nervous system, and leave feeling a little more at home in yourself.

Wednesday evening

Classes are held in Partry.
Payment options
You can attend as a drop-in when space allows, or book a monthly block.

Monthly block: €40
Monthly block booking is helpful if you plan to come regularly and would like the steadiness of a weekly class.
What to expect
Each class includes gentle movement, breath awareness, mindful pauses, and time to rest. Some weeks are more flowing, some are slower and quieter, depending on the season, the group, and the general weather of being human.
You are welcome to work at your own pace, rest when needed, and take the version of each practice that suits your body on the day.
